REO, Roos Engineering & Testing Organization, was established in 2006. REO started its services in steel connections design and expanded into material and structural testing, miscellaneous steel design, equipment certification to WorkSafe BC and TSBC standards, Fall arrest system design and certification, farm buildings and structures certification and Hybrid Steel-Timber Structures.
Louise Roos is a well known and reputed structural engineering professional. She established REO, to serve her customers and REO took an important roll in the steel construction industry of British Columbia as a specialty engineering firm.
To make sure her customers are well served, Louise helped to establish and strongly supported bauenTek Building & Construction Services Inc. The new firm adopted the same methods and work procedures of REO and continued the employment of many of the performers of REO who were trained by Louise making sure the the quality service provided by REO is maintained.
